Our KS1 children took part in a special Picture News Live Assembly about allergies and how to help keep people safe. The children learned about different types of allergies, how they can affect people in everyday life and the importance of showing kindness and understanding to those with allergies.

During the session, pupils were introduced to EpiPens and explored how these emergency medicines can help someone experiencing a severe allergic reaction. The assembly encouraged children to think about how they can support their friends and help create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
