Author Visit by Banji Alexander
On Wednesday 17th January, we were very fortunate to be visited by Banji Alexander, an author who has appeared on Britain’s Got Talent.
The children learned the song he performed on BGT and were very excited to meet him. Banji ran an assembly for Year 1 and Year 2 and spoke about life as author and his breakthrough book ‘Lockdown Looms’, which many children pre-ordered and bought on the day.
As a school, we are very pleased that the children had an opportunity to meet a real author and benefit from such an experience.
